- ½ lb wild Alaskan salmon filet
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup small red onion
- 1½ cups small celery
- ½ cup small red bell pepper
- ½ cup small yellow bell pepper
- ¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 Tbsp capers
- ¼ tsp hot sauce
- 1 ½ tsp Old Bay® seasoning
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
